In what comes as a bit of a shock, Ravens tight end Darren Waller has been suspended for a year for violating the NFL’s policy and program for substances of abuse as first reported by Ian Rapoport. This is the second violation Waller has received in the last calendar year. Waller was suspended almost a year ago today for four games for the same offense. Waller opened up in October about coping with his issues with marijuana in an interview with the Ravens’ team site, although it is currently unknown what the exact violation is this time.
