The Baltimore Ravens on Friday signed veteran defensive end Jadeveon Clowney to a one-year deal.
NFL Insider Ian Rapoport reported that the contract is worth a maximum of $6 million, according to a source.
Clowney, 30, was the No. 1 overall pick in the 2014 NFL Draft by the Houston Texans. Other teams he has played for are the Seattle Seahawks, Tennessee Titans and, most recently, the Cleveland Browns over nine seasons.
