The Ravens have gotten a head start on rebuilding their wide receiver corps.
Though free agency doesn’t open for another month, Baltimore officially signed wide receiver DeVier Posey Tuesday morning.
Posey most recently was in the Canadian Football League (CFL) and was named the Grey Cup’s Most Valuable Player after posting seven catches for 175 yards, including a record-setting 100-yard touchdown, in the game.
The Toronto Argonauts, who are coached by former Ravens Offensive Coordinator Marc Trestman, released Posey a couple weeks before he was set to become a free agent so he could pursue a return to the NFL.
