Ravens sign free agent defensive end Da’Sean Downey

Baltimore continues to add undrafted free agents to their roster with the signing of edge defender Da’Sean Downey.

Downey, 6-foot-4 225 pounds, played for the University of Massachusetts in college, where he made the All-ECAC First Team. He played in 11 games in his senior year, racking up 58 tackles, 20 of which were tackles for loss, tying him for the second-most tackles for loss by a single player in the team’s history. Downey finished the 2017 season with a team-high six sacks.

An undrafted rookie has made the Ravens’ roster for the past 14 years.
