No one on the Baltimore Ravens was surprised Saturday night when Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict delivered a game-changing and vicious shot to the head of Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown in an AFC wild-card game.
In fact, Baltimore guard John Urschel said he saw worse only six days before.
In the regular-season finale, Burfict blindsided the Ravens' Maxx Williams with a helmet-to-helmet blow that knocked the rookie tight end off his feet. Unlike the Brown hit, the ball wasn't even coming in Williams' direction.
