The Baltimore Ravens made a roster move today, as they picked up a linebacker at the expense of cutting a different linebacker.
Ravens announce that they've released ILB Jonathan Freeny and signed ILB Steven Johnson

Steven Johnson, a former Steeler, Titan and Bronco, is a six-year NFL veteran. He’s played in 64 games, starting seven with Denver, whom originally drafted the linebacker in the sixth-round of the 2012 NFL draft.
This isn’t an ‘over-the-top’ signing, but it hopefully brings about an inside linebacker which can cover tight ends.
