The Ravens have released cornerback Chris Greenwood and linebacker Steven Means after reaching injury settlements with both players.
Both Greenwood and Means were initially placed on injured reserve this week as the Ravens trimmed their roster to 75 players.
Means, who team officials labeled as a player to watch this summer, suffered a groin injury in the Ravens' preseason opener against the New Orleans Saints and he hasn't practiced since. Greenwood, meanwhile, tore his hamstring last Saturday in the Ravens' loss to the Washington Redskins.
Both players spent time last year on the Ravens' practice squad.
