Per BaltimoreRavens.com writer Ryan Mink, the Ravens have released injured wide receiver Cam Worthy and instead picked up former Bengals safety Tom Nelson with the expectation to play wide receiver.

An odd choice given that Nelson is listed as a safety. However, with the Ravens loving their 'slash' players, and the secondary getting hit so hard last season, the addition of a safety that could play both sides of the ball is interesting.
My guess is that the Ravens will look to put Worthy onto the practice squad instead of releasing him outright.
