The Baltimore Ravens received a third-round compensatory pick in the 2017 draft for losing All-Pro guard Kelechi Osemele last offseason.
The No. 99 overall selection awarded to the Ravens on Friday is tied for the highest comp pick in team history. The Ravens were given the No. 99 pick in 2008 (for losing linebacker Adalius Thomas) and in 2014 (linebacker Paul Kruger). The Ravens used those extra selections on offensive lineman Oniel Cousins (2008) and tight end Crockett Gillmore (2014).
Only the Miami Dolphins and Carolina Panthers received a higher comp pick than the Ravens.
