Wide receiver Marlon Brown is returning to Baltimore.
The Ravens re-signed the fourth-year target Thursday, and also brought back free-agent outside linebacker Chris Carter. Both players will return to the Ravens after spending the last week on the open market.
Brown, 24, has been with the Ravens since they signed him as an undrafted rookie in 2013. He burst onto the scene that first season and finished with a Ravens’ rookie record seven touchdown catches. But Brown’s production has declined the last two seasons, and he finished last year with 14 catches for 112 yards and no touchdowns.
