The Ravens announced Thursday that they are re-signing wide receiver Marlon Brown and linebacker Chris Carter.
Brown, who entered the offseason as a restricted free agent, wasn't tendered a contract last week at the start of the new league year. Carter was an unrestricted free agent.
Brown, 24, had 49 catches for 524 yards and seven touchdowns as a rookie in 2013 after being signed as an undrafted rookie free agent. He caught no touchdown passes over the past two seasons, however, contributing just 38 catches for 367 yards and no touchdowns while dealing with a number of injuries.
