JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The last time the Baltimore played Jacksonville, the Ravens lost a game that they should've won.
This wasn't the Ravens being sore losers. This was the NFL acknowledging an officiating mistake that cost Baltimore a victory.
Ten months ago, the league said the Jaguars should have been penalized for a false start on their final play from scrimmage, which would've resulted in a 10-second runoff and a 20-19 victory for the Ravens.
Instead, the Jaguars were allowed to snap the ball, and Elvis Dumervil was flagged for a facemask penalty on quarterback Blake Bortles.
