There’s no secret to the fact that the Ravens have a bit of a tight budget in the 2018 offseason. Blame bad contracts, blame poor drafting, blame player development, blame it on the rain (throwin’ a little Milli Vanilli in there) but at the end of the day? It forces the Ravens to go on the hunt with an eye on other franchises.
