Earlier on Wednesday, the Ravens welcomed back starting cornerback Jimmy Smith to the practice field for mandatory mini-camp. Smith tore his Achilles back in Week 13 of the 2017 season, and it was great to see one of the most underrated defensive players in the league on his way back.
Last year, Baltimore lost linebacker Albert McClellan to a torn ACL during training camp, which affected the Ravens on special teams and at linebacker, both inside and outside. Per WNST’s Luke Jones, McCellan made his return to the practice field on Wednesday.
