Macro’s dedication to her students goes above and beyond instruction in the classroom. Macro is responsible for various after school activities including initiatives to keep kids active by exercising.
On Friday, Macro was honored for that dedication as she was announced the winner of the 2015 Touchdown for Teachers program.
Now in its second-consecutive year, the Touchdown for Teachers program, presented by M&T Bank, honors and recognizes local teachers for their leadership, dedication and commitment to education, and for their outstanding service to their school, students and community.
