The Ravens have hired former linebacker Jameel McClain to be their new assistant director of player engagement, as per Baltimoreravens.com.
McClain will work with Harry Swayne, helping players adjust to being a Baltimore Raven and to the NFL lifestyle. With the new group of rookies arriving to Baltimore, McClain will have plenty of experience to share, including the undrafted free agents arriving to Owings Mills as well.
McClain went undrafted in the 2008 draft, and eventually signed with the Ravens. He made the 53-man roster that season, and played with Baltimore until 2013.
