The Ravens had eight players miss practice on Friday, including first-round selection Hayden Hurst.
During his press conference, head coach John Harbaugh announced that Hurst is dealing with a minor ‘soft-tissue’ injury.
It is not expected to be a severe injury, but it is still unknown when he will return to the practice field. Hurst is expected to battle to be the starting tight end, and as of right now he is the favorite.
After two days of training camp, the Ravens have stayed relatively healthy. The only other injuries of note, aside from the players on the PUP list, are Greg Senat, who is expected to return in one to three weeks, Bennett Jackson (undisclosed) and Maurquice Shakir (undisclosed).
