As the lights were turned out on the NFL’s 100th season, Baltimore turned out the lights on the Pittsburgh Steelers’ playoff hopes. With Robert Griffin III leading a crew of back-ups, the Ravens proved that in life only three things are inevitable: death, taxes and the Ravens’ rushing attack.
The tone was set immediately. This was a game where more players had a rushing attempt than caught a pass. The game plan was obvious, and the Ravens executed perfectly to the tune of 223 rushing yards.
