OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan delivered an inspirational message to the Baltimore Ravens on Monday, saying tough times require tough people.
Hogan has been getting treated for the past two months for stage 3 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma after doctors discovered 60 tumors the size of oranges, apples and golf balls on his neck, chest, abdomen and groin.
