Ravens Exploring Possibility Of Re-Signing DB Lardarius Webb

Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports reports that the ravens are exploring the possibility of re-signing veteran DB Lardarius Webb.

The Ravens elected to cut Webb loose last week shortly after they signed Tony Jefferson to a big-money contract. Baltimore figures to be set at safety with Jefferson and Eric Weddle, but Webb is someone the team thought highly of, so a return can’t be completely ruled out.

Webb, 31, is a former third-round pick of the Ravens back in 2009. He has spent his entire eight-year career with the Ravens and was entering the final year of his six-year, $52.
