OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- When the Baltimore Ravens hired Leslie Frazier this offseason, they got more than a secondary coach. They brought in a respected teacher.
Frazier's expertise is instructing players about fundamentals and technique. His style is a low-key one, where he will put his arm around a player instead of berate him.
"He has a very good demeanor for those guys back there," coach John Harbaugh said. "He really has a teacher's demeanor. He's like a professor out there."
