The Ravens were awarded three compensatory selections Friday by the NFL, leaving the team with nine total picks in April’s draft.
As a result of their free-agent losses last offseason, the Ravens received two extra picks in the fourth round (132nd and 134th overall), and one in the sixth round (209th overall). The NFL normally awards the compensatory picks at the owners meetings later in March, but the league made the announcement Friday afternoon.
It means that the team will have one pick in each of the first, second and third rounds, four in the fourth and two in the sixth.
