With team news swirling around the Ravens recently, I keep seeing a theme crop up over and over again: family.
By all rights and accounts, the Ravens have established a culture within the franchise that makes it feel like a family. There’s a supportive atmosphere and a feeling of belonging. There’s a desire to put the good of everyone in the group above individual needs. That culture of a “football family” can be the difference between being a destination that players covet or one that they avoid.
But I’ll put it out there: just because you love your family doesn’t mean that you always have to like everything that they do.
