OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- The Baltimore Ravens are "not real optimistic" about safety Matt Elam returning from a biceps injury, coach John Harbaugh said.

Elam, Baltimore's first-round pick in 2013, was injured trying make a tackle during Saturday's practice.
