Thank goodness the preseason is finally over.
With a 20-19 loss to the Atlanta Falcons on Thursday night, the Baltimore Ravens capped off a miserable preseason campaign in unimpressive fashion, putting an end to the team’s most disappointing preseason since 2008.
Despite a final push by the offense led by some impressive plays by quarterback Bryn Renner, the Ravens ultimately could not prevail. While final scores are rather meaningless in the preseason, finishing with a sub par record of 1-3 is still an uninviting sight.
Now that the final preseason game is in the books, the focus will turn to Saturday, when the roster must be trimmed by 4 PM from 75 to 53 players.
