Ravens’ 2020 first-round pick Patrick Queen is changing his jersey number ahead of his second season in the NFL. Queen posted a picture on Twitter of himself with No. 6 photoshopped onto his jersey.
Queen wore No. 48 as a rookie. This change comes after the league passed a new rule this offseason which relaxes the number restrictions for certain position groups. For example, linebackers can now wear any number between 1-59 and 90-99. Queen wore No. 8 in college at LSU, but that number is currently occupied by MVP quarterback Lamar Jackson.
