The Ravens entered free agency with $8 million in cap room after tending all six restricted free agents. Baltimore freed up an additional $16.4 million by releasing linebacker Elvis Dumervil, safeties Lardarius Webb and Kendrick Lewis, and cornerback Shareece Wright.
