No, seriously, what do we do now? We just sat through another disappointing postseason that ended just as crushingly as last year in Baltimore (though in a slightly less disappointing manner overall – at least for me it did. I enjoyed watching a former Sooner win Super Bowl MVP).
Thank you, Philadelphia. Thank you. I don’t think we as a society are mature enough to handle a modern NFL three-peat. I didn’t need to see it, and I don’t think anybody else did either. Having said that, a new rival has reemerged. This Eagles franchise is one that hadn’t ever won a Super Bowl until seven years ago.
