In a league that values big plays and glamorous statistics, team success in the NFL is still often dependent on attrition — and how teams respond to injuries.
Think of the Rams last year. Fresh off the high of a Super Bowl win (take a second and taste those Bengals fans’ tears), the Rams showed the other side of having a top-heavy roster, as key injuries led the team to the depths of the League in 2022. Heck, think of the Ravens a few years ago when they had Door Dash drivers covering elite receivers.
What we’ve seen so far in this season is that the Ravens are built to withstand some injuries, and even thrive.
