Maxx Williams, Eugene Monroe, Kelechi Osemele lead 14 inactive against Washington

Rookie tight end Maxx Williams and starting offensive linemen Eugene Monroe and Kelechi Osemele were among several prominent players on the Ravens offense who didn’t dress for Saturday’s preseason game against the Washington Redskins.

Eugene Monroe wasn’t cleared to practice all week because of what coach John Harbaugh called a “severe bruise” on his right arm suffered last weekend in Philadelphia, and wasn’t in uniform Saturday.

Neither was starting left guard Kelechi Osemele, who has been dealing with an Achilles injury for much of this month and didn't play against the Philadelphia Eagles last weekend.

Reserve left tackle James Hurst (concussion) was in uniform, but didn’t participate in pregame warmups after returning to practice Thursday.
