Baltimore Ravens safety Matt Elam was arrested on drug charges early Sunday morning in Miami, according to Miami-Dade police.
Elam, a 2013 first-round pick, was charged with one count of cannabis possession, one count of possession of cannabis with intent to sell or deliver, one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of reckless driving, police said. He is currently being held with a $15,500 bond.
Elam initially was pulled over for reckless driving and was found with 126 grams of marijuana and three grams of oxycodone in his vehicle, according to police.
