There’s a general consensus that the Ravens biggest positional needs this offseason are wide receiver, offensive line, and edge rusher — in no particular order. However, that does mean other areas on the roster can be addressed or bolstered. This includes in the defensive backfield, specifically at the safety position where the Ravens lack depth.

The draft of course presents an opportunity to acquire a safety, but so too does free agency.
