Lamar Jackson ties NFL record for most Offensive Player of the Week awards in a single season

He’s done it again, folks. With a statline of 212 passing yards on 15 completions (23 attempts) and five passing touchdowns, Jackson secured his fifth AFC Offensive Player of the Week award. This ties Tom Brady (2007) and Cam Newton (2015) for most Offensive Player of the Week awards in a single season in NFL history. Reminder, he also rushed for 86 yards on only eight carries as well.

This now ties former running back Ray Rice for the most offensive player of the week awards in Baltimore Ravens history.
