While his contract negotiations are still ongoing, Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson says stories of him wanting to leave is "false."
According to The Associated Press, Jackson is playing under a fifth-year option that will pay him $23.02 million this season.
There has been speculation that Jackson might depart the Ravens because of how long contract negotiations appear to be taking for some.
On Feb. 4, Baltimore general manager Eric DeCosta said he and Jackson have had multiple conversations and that they are working "at Lamar's pace."
Jackson on Wednesday tweeted: "I love my Ravens I don’t know who the hell putting that false narrative out that I’m having thoughts about leaving stop tryna read my mind.
