Newly-signed outside linebacker Jason Babin, who the Ravens added this week to compensate for the loss of star Terrell Suggs (Achilles), is inactive for Sunday’s game against the Raiders, while rookie fourth-round draft pick Za’Darius Smith will make his debut at outside linebacker after being inactive in Week 1.
Babin was released by the New York Jets at the end of training camp and practiced with the Ravens this week after signing Tuesday. Smith, who was inactive last week, and converted linebacker Albert McClellan are expected to spell starters Courtney Upshaw and Elvis Dumervil.
