The leadup to the Baltimore Ravens 2021 season took an unprecedented turn this week as the team lost two more players to injury for the season, bringing the total to five lost players since camp began.
It presents a tremendous challenge as the Ravens prepare for Monday Night Football in Las Vegas.
After shutting practice down early Thursday following the season-ending injuries to running back Gus Edwards and Pro-Bowl cornerback Marcus Peters, the Ravens took a little time to digest what had just happened.
The Ravens on Friday put Edwards, Peters and tight end Nick Boyle on injured reserve.
