It’s certainly positive news that Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Breshad Perriman did not suffer a torn ACL, as had been initially and frustratingly reported, so his 2016 season remains in play. Perriman, a 2015 first-round pick and dynamic speedster from Central Florida, did not play last season after he hurt a knee in training camp.
A year ago many envisioned him replacing the departed Torrey Smith and improving on those numbers, and Perriman became a reasonable sleeper for this year, but another knee injury clouds the situation. It’s unknown when exactly he'll play again, but the target is late July or August.
