Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said Friday the team's Thursday evening statement on social justice and police reform emerged organically from conversations with players and meetings among teammates and coaches.
"Things move fast, guys think about things, you try to communicate," Harbaugh told reporters.
He spoke to safety Anthony Levine Sr. on Thursday morning and then walked into the training room to speak with other players.
"And they were very thoughtful and had a range of emotions and feeling about what has taken place and what's going on around our country," Harbaugh said.
