Former Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Michael Jackson has died.
Louisiana State Police report Jackson, who followed the team when they moved to Cleveland, was killed in a crash early Friday on US-51 south of Tangipahoa, where he served one term as mayor after his playing career. It was his hometown, and Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome followed him out of Southern Mississippi and onto the Browns and Ravens for his entire playing career, from 1991 to 1998.
