There is no sugar-coating it. Former first-round pick Breshad Perriman was an absolute bust with the Baltimore Ravens. He caught only 28.6% of his targets and recorded a total of 77 receiving yards across 11 games in his final season in Baltimore. He had a short tenure with the Browns, and then was burried on the depth chart for the Buccaneers this season.
However, Perriman starting building momentum with two solid games. He had 5 receptions for 87 yards against the Jaguars.
