Ex-Ravens offensive lineman Damion Cook dies at 36

Former NFL offensive lineman Damion Cook, who initially was signed by the Ravens as an undrafted free agent and played parts of three seasons with the team, died Friday night at the age of 36.

He was also the head coach of Atholton High School's football team.

Cook's alma mater, Bethune-Cookman, confirmed the news last night. Cook suffered a massive heart attack, according to multiple reports.

Cook last played in the NFL in 2008-2009 for the Detroit Lions, starting four games in 2008. Over parts of five NFL seasons, Cook played in 26 games and started 10 of them.
