Defense Clamps Down After Opening TD

The Ravens trailed 7-0 and LT Ronnie Stanley was walking off the field slowly. Jadaveon Clowney had taken over the game and was about to line up against James Hurst, much as J.J. Watt had in the 2014 game at Houston. The Ravens had just 50 yards on 12 plays.

On the next play, Clowney stunted past the hold of Matt Skura for an 8-yard sack and Ravens fans’ worst fears seemed confirmed.

For the first time this season, the Ravens took the lead back after trailing with a 17-point 2nd quarter featuring a fake punt, a big play on the ground from Alex Collins, and a rugby-scrum TD.
