I Tried Daily Fantasy Sports And It Is Evil (Foul Language Warning)
Daily fantasy football is taking over the world. I’m sure you’re aware. Their ads are everywhere. As I’m typing this, a FanDuel ad just came on TV. Their takeover bothers Drew Magary, who thinks that daily fantasy is “like any other casino game: fun right up until the moment you don’t win.” While many of his points are true, like his point that DraftKings and FanDuel expect you to fool yourself into thinking you’re smarter than everyone else, it’s fun, and you won’t get me to stop playing anytime soon.
