Maryland's second-highest court has thrown out a lawsuit against the Baltimore Ravens and punter Sam Koch.
The Daily Record said a suit was filed by a woman who said she was temporarily knocked unconscious when one of Koch's pre-game punts sailed into the stands and hit her.
The suit says that Koch intentionally, recklessly, and without due regard to patrons, kicked a ball into the grandstands.
The Court of Special Appeals ruled Koch was not at fault. The judge who wrote the opinion said the woman should have read the small print on the back of the ticket that reads "the ticket holder assumes all risks.
