For the next 20 years, M&T Bank Stadium will save a pair of seats for a Clinton man.
David Williams was selected from six finalists on Tuesday to win the grand prize in the Maryland Lottery's Ravens second-chance drawing.
Former Raven Qadry Ismail, a member of WBAL's Ravens broadcast team, gave the finalists and their guests a guided tour of M&T Bank Stadium, wrapping up on the club level, where the group, joined by Poe, waited for the name to be revealed on the video board.
The prize includes club level seats and parking for every pre-season and regular season game.
