The Ravens, as we know, are constantly looking to add new coaches and more experience to their coaching staff. Former Head Coaches like Jim Caldwell, Steve Spagnoulo, Al Saunders, Gary Kubiak, Marc Trestman, and now Leslie Frazier have all been on the Ravens coaching staff following head coaching gigs in the NFL.
So it is not surprising that the division rival Bengals, long thought of as the little brother to the Pittsburgh Steelers and Ravens has adopted the same practice.
