When the Ravens signed outside linebacker Jason Babin last month, he was inactive for the first two games to give him an opportunity to learn the team’s defense. When they traded for cornerback Will Davis two weeks ago, the former Miami Dolphin sat out a week before being inserted into the Ravens’ defensive game plan.
Wide receiver Chris Givens, who was acquired from the St. Louis Rams this past Saturday, won’t have that luxury. With only three other healthy receivers, coach John Harbaugh said Wednesday that Givens will be on the field Sunday when the Ravens play the Cleveland Browns at M&T Bank Stadium.
