This week, the Baltimore Ravens announced they would play at least the "initial part" of their home slate without spectators after consulting with state and local health officials.
Speaking Tuesday on a call hosted by the Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, Ravens President Dick Cass said that whether fans can return depends in no small part on the actions of fans themselves.
"Wear a mask everybody. Wear a mask. You might say, 'Wear a damn mask.' I mean, come on," Cass said.
He said the Ravens drafted a plan to host 7,500 fans per game but that didn't pass muster with the city or state.
