There's no doubt that Breshad Perriman is one of the fastest prospects in recent memory. His unofficial 40-yard dash time at UCF's Pro Day was recorded as 4.22. That's 0.2 seconds faster than Chris Johnson, who officially set that number at the NFL Combine. More impressive is that Perriman can move so fast with such a big frame of 6 foot 3 inches and 212 pounds.

All assembled were very impressed, including this Detroit Lions' scout, who summed up the collective thoughts of everyone there pretty well.
