The Baltimore Ravens have dealt with some serious issues at the tight end position over the past several months, but it appears the drama surrounding one of the players, Crockett Gillmore, has come to an end.
While the move was made to clear space for new signing Austin Howard, this is a highly disappointing end to Gillmore’s run with the team; the young pass-catcher flashed promise throughout his three years in Baltimore. The former third round pick from Colorado State was a physical specimen with nice hands and good ability in the red-zone, but unfortunately was rarely able to showcase it.
